Creative Writing Workshops

I'm Chair of Scriptorium Writers, a Southwell based writer's group affiliated to the Association of Christian Writers. Contact me for more information & to join in at Southwell library meetings in Nottinghamshire or online every two months.

Types of Workshops:

Storytelling and Short Story Workshops

Participants learn to develop characters, plotlines, and story arcs while engaging in fun, practical exercises. The workshops encourage creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Poetry and Life Writing

Through poetry and personal writing exercises, participants explore their experiences, build confidence in self-expression, and create reflective, meaningful work.

Themed Creative Projects

Projects like Making Our World Better (MOWB) focus on nature, environmental awareness, and community engagement. Participants are encouraged to explore local surroundings and express their ideas through writing.
